Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about our pest control services.
How much does pest control cost in Malaysia?
Most residential treatments in KL and Selangor range from RM150 to RM600 depending on your home size, the pest, and the severity of the infestation. Termite baiting systems and commercial contracts are quoted after inspection. We offer a free, no-obligation inspection so you always know the exact price before committing.
Is pest control safe for my children and pets?
Yes. We use DOA-approved, eco-friendly products applied only where pests hide, not blanket sprayed through your home. Gel baits and targeted treatments are odourless and low-toxicity. Your technician will tell you if any short re-entry time is needed after treatment.
How fast can you come?
Call before noon and we can usually be there the same day anywhere in the Klang Valley. For urgent situations like a wasp nest or a health inspection tomorrow, tell us and we will prioritise your visit.
How long until the pests are gone?
Most treatments show visible results within 24 to 72 hours. Colony pests like ants, cockroaches, and termites take slightly longer because the bait must spread through the nest – that is what eliminates the problem at the source instead of just killing the ones you see.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. Treatments come with a service warranty – if the pests return within the warranty period, so do we, at no extra charge. Termite treatments include a written warranty and scheduled follow-up inspections.
Do I need a one-time treatment or a regular plan?
A one-time treatment solves an active infestation. A protection plan with scheduled visits prevents pests from coming back – recommended for landed homes, F&B outlets, and anyone who has had repeat problems. We will recommend honestly based on what we find during inspection.
